hrmm. klotz has never cost me a dime (other than the cost of the actual product) in rebuilds.. cant say the same for amsoil and blue marble.. both of those cost me 2 good powerheads ... so yea.. klotz rocks bro..

In mine I use silkolene it is expensive but it lasts a long time and it makes the quad more peppy and a little faster. My buddy had a banshee and he through silkolene in and he hasnt had to rebuild it in 3 seasons. And he beats on it every time we ride.

i used Royal Purple in my truck oil, tranny, gearlube and could tell a big difference. they make an atv oil. might want to try it out. i haven't tried it yet. still breaking in my atv.

I've been using Valvoline - ATV 4-Stroke Motor Oil for the past few month with no complaints.

Check Autozone or Walmart...if they don't have it in stock ask them to order it.

Klotz ROCKS! I used the R50 in my banshee and it was the sweetest smelling stuff ever! I use the 10-40 full synthetic in my 400ex and I love the stuff. After riding aroun for 5 minutes with it in the engine noise dropped dramatically and the engine ran smoother and clutch engagement was ultra smooth. I wont use anything else now. You are right it is rather expensive though. But considering how much money some of you guys put into your engines, why not spend the extra $1.50 or whatever a quart?
