I know this had to be asked before but i cant find what i am looking for, so what do you guys think and which one revs bet and has the most reliability?

i wouldn't do the 426. i honestly loved my 406. the smaller bore you go, the more reliable. i would only get the 426 if your going to resleeve it.

I like my 416 but I've never ridden a 426, but from what I hear, the 416 rev's quicker than the 426. It is really torquey and has a lot of power. But I've also heard that the 426 is a nice bore too. If you go with the 416 then (I might be wrong, correct me if I am) but you would have one more bore to go through and not have to worry about resleeving it until you go through the next.

I would go with the 416 so if anything happend to the cylinder you still have room to bore.

thanks for the input guys, but do you have to resleeve for a 426 like the 440 or can you just bore the stock cylinder like the 416? Is there much diff. in hp compared to the two, i will be running a stg2 2 hotcam with whichever piston i go with?

you dont have to resleeve but it is recommended because the stock sleeve will be getting very thin.i would go with the 416 thats what im doing right now.i dont think theres much hp difference between a 416 and a 426 with all the other parts being the same.

I didn't have to re-sleeve my 426 when I first got it. But when I went to go put a new piston in I noticed a few nicks in the cylinder wall and then I had to resleeve it and bore it back out.
