Iam getting a new pipe for my 400ex and cant decide between the two......any help?

I would go with the sparks racing pipe. Thats what i got it add power everywhere but mostly low-mid. If you get the x-6 it adds more mid-top. Atv sport did a shootout and the sparks pipe made the most hp. The tc pipe didn't make much more then stock.

That shootout dont mean *****. it was done on a stock 400,,,not a big bore,,,like the engine builders say,a pipe can make or break a big bore however on a stock machine it doesnt make hardly any difference!!

If your worried about noise then move on to something else. Sparks and TC pipes are pretty loud. Louder compared to other 400ex pipes out there.

I have the TC and like it a lot. It feels like it Added Power but maybe it didn`t Add Peak Power. It has all the Bottom End in the World though. If Sound is a Problem you are getting the Wrong Pipes. They are LOUD.

I'm either going to get a lrd big bore. or a x-6. i found out the sparks is made of stainless and its ceramic coated so i think i will go with the sparks.

There is only one lrd pipe anymore, they combined the two into one. But that is a good alternative, it's only like $375 for the complete system and i'm sure your going to get as good of gains as any pipe out there. I have a sparks x 4. It's an awesome pipe. It's loud, and i mean loud. If your going with an engine builder's pipe, they all will be loud. I don't really thinkg you could go wrong with any of the choices
