Are you being serious? You only need one, get one that is adjustable. If you want lower cost, go with Denton, Pep, or one made like it .

If you want to spend a little, Get WER, Scotts, or GPR. I like the WER the best because of it's mounting location. You will see a lot of GNCC pros running them.

I dont think they make those $200 ones for 300's. I'm just wondering because i have seen it on YFZ's and other quads so i was wondering if it could be done to a 300.

The 300ex front end is not as light as the YFZ. Steering on a YFZ is extremely twitchy without dampners. On the Honda's all you need is 1.

Alrite....do u think it would help a lot if i put another one on though?

Yes it would help but not enough to go out and another. One is fine.

did u ever buy that one from John the one that was just the body? i might buy that from him for the $10 or whatever he wants for it and then just buy the parts for it and try and throw it on

how much dampening are you needing? i have a denton and when its cranked up i can hardly turn it when sitting still. i wouldnt really see the point of 2. i think once you put one on there youll be satisfied.

i usually run mine around 3 or 4. i dont like it any stiffer because it wears me out quicker in the tight sections.

to be honest.. On my EX I have my Damper cranked all the way up and I could still use MORE with my Denton:huh I notice this ALOT when sand riding. I did find that if you run an offset rim it gets worse. If I had the money to invest I would prol. buy myself a better one.... I have seen some riders run TWO dampers before.. ;)

I always thought the Denton's felt a little soft. My Viper is really stiff on the 6th setting (6 adjustments, 6 being the hardest). I just don't see the need on a Honda frame to run 2 dampners, the Honda doesn't have that bad of bumpsteer once you widen it and lower it. Stock, one dampner is fine also. Honda 450 and the Yamaha 450, I could see 2 being needed because each one has such light steering.

what about on a 250r? How many would you need for riding cross country or motocross? They have WAY WAY ighter steering than the new 50's. Atleast mine does. ;)

The 250r's that I have ridden only had one and the steering felt pretty stiff from that, so I'd go one.

maybe thats why i cant see using 2. i have a denton on my 250r. and it really stiffens it up.
