kick starter popping out

my kickstarter doesnt seem to click back into place and when ur riding it can sometimes wiggle out of its slot and get in your way.

why is it doing this, is there a clip or somting it should have?

did you take it off for something? i know there is a tiny ball bearing that sits in the shaft and its known to fall out if your not careful, i have read that when it falls out the kicker will swing around alot more

i may have bent my rear brake lever but ever time i kick it, it gets stuck under that. i wonder if it has the same problem yours does with the bearing going out or something similar.

If you've removed it I'd say you lost the ball that clicks in back into place. If you havent just tear it apart and see whats going on in there. You might need to order a new ball or spring.

i just went to the local honda dealer and bought that little ball for 66 cents couldnt pass it up lol

i will put it in this evening i hope it does the trick
