400ex grab bar

I am looking for a new grab bar for my 400ex. Will a 300ex grab bar fit on a 400ex?? Ya I know that ill have to cut off the one thats on there now and custom fit, but thats not a problem. Does anyone have a pic of this setup. Or does anyone have a pic of a 250r grab bar on a 400ex. Which would be better?? Oh, and I dont like the PRM grab bar... too wide. Thanks in advance...

Bought it off ebay and this guy just cut it off and welded a couple of nuts to bolt it up. Its a 250r grab bar

yeah... thje grab bar is part of the subframe.. so your gonna hafta weld eitehr way gl

Prm makes a baja style grab bar that doesn't need any welding. It has clamps that attach to the sub frame. I love mine!

if you cut the stock one and make a couple hole for bolts, the 300ex one will fit

i haven't yet tried to modify the grab bar, but i noticed some aftermarket frames are set up to use 88 trx250r grab bars; must be the same width and other geometry. this is what i was planning on doing to mine if i needed to.
