400EX Frame with Title

I am looking for a 400EX frame with the title or a clean bill of sale at least. I am thinking about doing some serious modifications to it (different engine, etc) Doesn't matter if its twisted or what ever just wanting something to play with and practice on but I do want a title or at least a clean vin and a good bill of sale in case it does turn out decent. I have alot of different ideas so it doesn't matter what the frame is like really. Any year any condition. But must be a 400EX. Let me know what you have. quadworks@dwx.com
