alba jetting help

Today i got my alba full kit pipe and i put it on my z400. after i got it all on i started it and it idled but when i tried to rev it i bogged out and died, also there is alot of fuel coming from the carb vert tub or somthing like that. I live around 1000 to 1500 feet in iowa and it came with a pipe header k&n and needle and main jet. i put the needle c-clip on the second notch? need some help!!

I know when we used the Alba jet kit, we went to Alba's website and they have a complete help section on how to jet you quad. I don't have the link handy right now, as I'm at work.

Tighten the drain screw on the side of the float bowl, thats probably why it's leaking. Turn your fuel mixture screw 3 turns out, keep your needle where it is and put in a 160 main jet. This should put you in the ball park.
