ok i just rebuilt my motor and now im not getting spark , could my timing be off ? what could be wrong ? if my battery doesnt have enough charge would it keep me from getting spark??

yes try charging up your battery and make sure all your wires are hooked up and you got all your ground wires to have a good connection

is your frame and sub frame powdercoated?

my frame is powder coated , but that was a while ago and the bike was running since then.
