Ranger Rick is an animated cartoon.;)

I honestly dont know his main purpose, other than this kind of propaganda.

And propoganda is just what this cartoon is. His message, while highly emotional, is one-sided and a bit misleading. His purpose is to show how bad irresponsible bad quad riders are. Some riders are definitely irresponsible; however, most people will read this and mistakenly assume the incorrect assumption that ALL quad riders are bad and want to trash the environment, which of course is not true. His message is effective to the right audience; therefore,we all need to do our part to make sure that our image is a good one.;)
