Silver Lake

Me and my friend are planning a big trip to silver lake sand dunes this summer, neither of us have neen thier and we are planning on filmming are 2nd movie there. Have any of you guys or girls been there? Is it sweet?

Depending on the wind of that particual weekend. When it is windy, we've found some 60+ footer with monster air. Other weekends we struggle to find dunes that put you five feet in the air. Pretty dope place to ride though, either way.

I've been going there for 7 years, i have found that the months of may and sept. produce the best jumps, the weather is always windy, low amount of people on the dunes makes for just fricken awsome jumps and hill climbs. During the summer you can usually get just as much air in the parking lot as you can in the dunes.

Went there about 2 yrs ago i went on a holiday dont do that or you will be in line for along time:eek2:
