lol, when i saw the oversize the heads i started thinkin about those bobble head basketball player things, lol

u need to have exact measurements to oversize your valve ports, and to port the head you need to find out how much you really need to take out, dont wanna go freak up the head

I was talking to a guy that has been helping me port & polish my head. I asked him about OS valves and he said with only +1mm or +2mm (about the most you can go on a 300ex/250x head) is not really worth it with the amount of time it takes to do it. So I say if you filthy rich, and sendin it off to a to a top named builder to do it for damn near 300 Bucks, do it. If your on a buget, forget the OS valves and do a port & poilsh yourself, not that hard. :ermm:

ya i was also wondering how u would go about porting and polishing a 300ex head also, because i know the 300 ex head doesn't flow very well at all, esp. since it was even restricting on a 250 platform
