If I buy a 11:1 Wiseco std bore, less agressive White Bros. cam, and gaskets what else should I do to make it reliable??? Not too spendy though.

Biggest thing is to make sure you get a good quality gasket set that has a steel headgasket. You could also go with heavy duty head stud bolts as well for added reliability, though it's probably not necessary with a stock bore 11:1.

Would a cosmetic gasket set suffice, Out of RockymountainATV. Would there be all the gaskets I need for the cam and piston?

I put in the cheaper tusk gaskets and they are holding up fine. I also have about the same mods you are considering.

I used the Cometic flexsteel gaskets(purchased from C&D $40). I think Cometic also sells a cheaper set that has the paper head gasket which I think is the one rockymountain sells though I'm not 100% sure. I would go with OEM or the flexsteel just because they aren't that much more than the cheaper sets. I haven't had any experience with the cheaper ones, they might hold up ok.

If you buy the gasket set it should include all the gaskets you need to do the cam/piston.

I think im going to get the Tusk or Cosmetic xr400r gaskets with maybe a camchain. Would the cam chain be needed?

it depends if your chain is stretched alot or not i think the crf450 cam ahin fits too and is stronger not positive thou saw it in a thread on here i wouldnt get cometic gaskets because they are nothing but trouble with me and my previous quads i would get oem stocks they have the metal in them and are tougher than nails they work on my 416 with a 12.5 piston and nastier cam than you are planning on getting im redoing it thou top ends getting a little weak and startin to smoke a little bit
