What would +3 a-arms put a 400 at with stock rims? Are the stock rims 4-1 offset?

Stock are like a 3 1/2 x 2 offset.

I thought stock Ex rims were 4-1 offset. What size arms would put me at 50 inches with stock rims?

Measure them. With plus 3's you will be right around 50 with stock wheels. Depends how much shock sag you have too.

I was runnin +3s with my TCS zps shocks, 3+2 offset wheels on my 426 and it was 48.5 wide.

Are you sure there +3's? I have +2's with 3+2 wheels and im at 48 with pep limited mass shocks.

It could be where were measuring too. If you have some tow in and measure the front of the front tires it will be diffrent then measuring the back of the front tires. I always measure the top of the front wheels.
Anyways here is a picture for comparison.
