Technical Question???

Is the carb on a 300ex the same as that on a 300 4x4??????

Just curious because I have a quicksilver carb for a 300ex sitting in front of me and if I cannot use it on my 300 4x4 it will be for sale real soon boys for a good price.......

I know for a fact on the 1988 to 1992 the 250x, 250 utility, 300 4X4, & 300ex all used the same carb body. I think the jets and bore was a little different though.

in 94 Hond put a 32 mm carb with an accelerator pump on the 300ex. Pre 94 the 300ex's and 250x's had a 29 mm non-pumper.
