thinking about doing a rev box. not sure what to do. do they work, r they safe and what kind should i get. also i was thinkin about one of those digital tachs, hour meter, etc. suggestions about one and how involved r they to install

My Buddy got tac and its an absolute POS he has a bad Z 400 and it says his top speed is 48mph.

there has to be a good one out there. i have heard good things about them. anyone else that has a rev box or digital tach/hour meter for their 450?

Trailtech makes a good tach/hour meter...
As for CDI's ( rev box) Vortex an dyna are the only ones worth anything.

do u kno how hard it is to install the trail tech? and does the rev box do anything besides more revs? is it worth it?

As said before - do not buy any CDI box unless it's a Vortex or Dyna, all the others are junk.
Don't expect anything more than a raised revlimit.
