I am located in North Carolina, my quad is running a 2oo main jet and a 42 pilot. Everybody on every other website is stating smaller #s. I have a fmf full system, k&n filter and my airbox cover is removed.

if everything else is stock then that seems way too fat. do a plug run and you'll see you will have to jet down.

this is leaving me with a tan colored plug anything else is white, and running to lean. If I ran a 160 like others say I would melt something

:eek2: holy ballz 200 is huge! But ever motor is different. Give some more info like temp, elevation, and other mods? Also it doesn't make sense to be running a 200 main and a 42 pilot, those numbers are so far apart!

i would only run a 160 or so in my built motor. i would say that is a good starting point. i wouldn't go larger i don' think. you will loose too much upper gear power.
