Trade honda 400ex for Suzuki z400

I am looking to trade a 2002 400ex for a z400. It is yellow, renthal handle bars, douglas rims w/ holeshot tires (90% tred), jet kit, curtis sparks advance timing key, k & N filter, swing arm skid plate, spare tire, always maintained, mint condition (regular trail scratches), brand new frame, oil changed every other use.

I don't really want to sell it outright. I still want a four wheeler and i dont really have much money, cause it's all in my quad. That's why i'm lookin to trade. It's just i do alot of trail riding and i'm going to start hunting next season, and not having reverse makes it very difficult.
