Re-greasing A-Arm bushings

Has anyone repacked their a-arm, bushings? If so what type of grease do u use. I also noticed my lower front shock mount bushings are taking most of the beating and are wearing out, It would help if I had some new grease in there.

If you don't have zerks, you have to tear them apart once and a while and pack them, especially a brand new bike, the factory grease is really thin. I use synthetic water proof grease so it doesn't wash out.
