erratic spark

I have a 2003 eton viper jr 40,It has a modded air filter, pipe, gears, suspension mods, and other stuff. My problem is the flywheel let loose and took out the trigger module. I replaced the flywheel and trigger module, but now it doesn't run right. I swapped from a buddies viper jr the cdi coil, trigger module, flywheel,still no luck. all my parts work fine on his quad. Any help would be apprectiated. Thanks Jim

Make sure you check your tether carefully and also check the ground connection at the battery,frame and engine.Hope that helps.

Not sure if that model has a key switch, our 90's key switch had alot of corrosion in it, caused some issues.
