Has anybody ever changed their valve guides? I know they have to press out, but how hard are they to press?

3 of mine came out easy one was a pain in the butt.

Some times they come out easy sometimes they dont

My buddy works at a honda shop and they had a punch that took them out. They should come right out but makesure you don't hit the edge ,Im sure you won't do that though.

do they come out towards the cylinder side of the head? or towards the top?

Towards the Top of the head. You got to take the head off to get them out I belive.

yeah i have everything apart, but these valve guides are troubling me. How hard of a press was it? cause i was wondering if i could find a way to do it myself. The reason being i wanna get my bike going again and if i can do them myself i'll get them rush delivered

you mite need to heat them up but I was not there when he pulled them out so I don't want to give any bad advise. You should maybe call a shop and ask some questions about them.
