oil, oil filter

i was wondering where you guys get you oil and oil filters from i'm tired of dealing with the local honda shop(to much of a hassle )
and feel the prices are to high..
are the oil filters on ebay any good?

and also i here a lot about people yousing moble red cap

i buy my oil filters from c and d. my dealer qouted me 12.99 for one 450r oil filter and about went into cardiac arrest. c and d was only like 4 bucks a peice

my dealership has them for like $5 or 6. i used to get my gn-4 there for mucho $$$ but now i'm going to full syn and any auto parts store has mobil 1 for cheap.
