what is the quietest pipe for my 400ex that would still give an increase in power? Thanks!

I'm not really sure that you're going to find a slip-on that will give you a noticeable power difference and be quiet at the same time.

Look into the LTE Dual exhaust system if you have some $'s to spend. They do cost alot but when you consider what the whole package is, it might be worth it.
