which system is a better exhaust system???? the hmf full system or the pro circuit t-4 w/stainless head pipe..i ride a 400ex stock: i have posted this question about 3 times just to watch it fall down the forum please answer: im looking for a good fast trail set up and if you know please give the charesteristics of each exhaust system

Go with the HMF full system. I just ordered a HMF for mine to replace the DG I currently have.

Do you really want the honest answer? Here it is:

IT'S REALLY NOT A BIG DEAL!

You are not going to see a huge difference in exhaust, ESPECIALLY on a stock 400EX. There is nothing wrong with the pro-circuit. If you're really dead-set on getting the pro-circuit, go ahead and get it.

When you start getting into major engine modifications, like 440 kits, race cams, oversized valves and ported head, THEN you'll start to see a difference in exhaust systems, but even then it will only be a couple horsepower.

The reason you haven't gotten a satisfactory answer is because it's really NOT that big of a deal. If you want to go with pro-circuit, go ahead.
