Anyone from Omaha, Ne going to race the Iowa series? This is my first year doing XC. I am a Quad MX guy, who is looking to try a different style of racing.

I will be going this year. C&D is pimping my quad out as we speak. I do alot of XC at veteran's bridge if ya want to go? I want to get some practice time in before it starts and ya just don't push yourself as fast as you would with someone else.

C&D is from Omaha too they can fill ya in you best not come with extended arms bigger than +1 or you wont fit>:D

snowgasm, i am going to be stock in the front for XC, but i am 50" in the rear. still. It is good to know that there is some other Omaha people here.

I raced a 400ex with +2 a-arms and I had a heck of a time through the woods, I was bouncing off trees all the time- Now that I'm aware of the width of most of the trails I went to a +1 long-travel set up with 4+1 offset wheels. Maybe I wont get so friendly with the trees this year.

I cant remember who said they made it thru with MX Suspension but its not going to help your times at all thru the woods!

Do ya have spacers you can remove? I would say the widest you could go and be ok is 48" or your going to bend a axle by tagging to many tree's.
