Looking for a new pipe.

Got my stock 400 pipe on right now but I am looking for something along the lines of an HMF or Sparks X-6.

I read the whole thread on "the best pipe" and I leaned more torwards the X-6. Just a question, my neighbors have Yoshi TRS's on both their 450R and 400EX. I want power gains from the HMF and X-6, but I also want to overpower their noise... I live in the middle of no where so sound isn't a problem, it's just who has the loudest pipe :P

if you want loud look for a tc pipe no i dont have any of these unfortunatly :(

i got a HMF and it is a very good loud,if you want a louder pipe then them,just give HMF of C&D a call and tell them you want a HMF pipe,and just to shorten it as much as they could :devil:

I have a pro circuit T4 and is loud and has good power gains.

I'm looking for someone who has an X-6 pipe... I want to get an idea about how loud those are since both pipes give amazing gains with the mods I am going to add.

my buddy runs a full hmf and i run a full x-6. i can't comment on whose is louder. they probably are close. the hmf is a bit higher pitch and the x-6 is deeper. most prefer the "deep" sound a little more, including myself. however, i wouldn't necessarily buy one pipe because of the sound.

It's not mainly about sound, I pick those two because I hear great power gains from them. I am actually leaning torwards the HMF right now, regardless of sound.

I found a few sites where I could get an HMF Ballance system from a bit cheaper than www.hfmengineering.com

I might go order in the next few days, an aluminum one.
