I have a set of tcs long travels and they squeak everytime they are compressed. I sent them back to Todd and got them installed today and they still squeak.
Has anyone had the same problem and if so how did you fix them.
Any help would be great

Most likely its the crossover spacers that are squeaking, this is normal. All you need to do is spray down the spacers behind the springs real well with WD40, works like a charm. If they still squeak, then take your bushings apart and grease them.

I have found a new love in 3M dry-silicone!!! Not as messy as WD-40 and works just as good........I dry silicone all of my suspension parts after every wash.......had my quad a year almost and it doesn't squeak anywhere..... ;) BTW - dry silicone is GREAT to detail your car/truck with, too - use it the same places you would use armorall........and in the same way.....just DON'T use it on your quad seat! :) :D
