what is the overall rating of a 93 suzuki quadrunner?..

not to good. However if thats what is in your budget, not bad. The rating for what though? Dune riding, racing, trails?

mine was good when i got it but since it was my first quad i beat it to death and toward the end it would always throw and break chains. in the last year i probably pushed it home more times than i rode it. but i bet if you take decent care of it they are plenty of fun.

i buddy had one bored 60 over with a full cobra exhaust it was a hunk of **** but it was fast as hell. you had to put both feet on the kicker and jump up and down on it it had so much compression.

I have the 230 Quadsport version. I like it so far.

well i wanted to know the overall rating of trail and racing....mine is a pull start..smokes alittle...its like really jacked up in the back end is that normal?...it will bring the front tires of the ground with out even tryin and i only weigh 150lbs...and thats leanin over the front end.

i had a couple of those a few years back (yes quite a few years)
they are ok for the trails but lack in the power dept.
when they first came out they were nice machines that and the warrior were top notch but the 230 was pretty unreliable
for instance if the chain was loose it would fly off the sprockets and break the case everytime
i spent like 300-400 on side cases alone

well...mine has it off the line...i mean i can just give it alittle gas in first and the front tires are off the ground easy...its nice

my uncle has an '85 230s, and that thing just won't die! lol! that thing has been beaten to hell, and looks like it, but still runs great. i just put a new cobra exhuast and k&n on it for him, and rebuilt the carb, and the thing still starts on the first kick. and it picks up pretty damn good too. for someone who's been riding for awhile, you'll outmatch it's performance instantly. but for something to start out on, it's definitely a good choice.
