I have made a post about this before in a different section but didnt get the answers iw as looking for...
Now.. when i first start my bike up from it sitting for a a day or so it smokes.. it was black befor i tore it down and now its white. maybe htats due to cold wheather.. i dont know
but could lower grade gas cause this problem?
anything will help

White w/ blue tint = burning oil. Could be due to bad valve seals.
Completely white/black: possibly getting flooded

Mine does that to.. since I jetted it and put a pipe on it. I don't worry about it to much though...cuase after it's warm its fine from what i can see. :huh

When I start my quad up it'll smoke white till it comes up to operating temp. I have no prob's with it, still have perfect compression.

Are you sure it's white? If it's grey, it's most likely fuel. Mine smokes blackish/grey even after its been running a while, when i hit the gas i get a puff of black smoke. Mine is fuel. Now when it's warm i also get a puff of grey smoke, and thats fuel also.(Well atleast i think it is:)
