I have a blaster which is in my sig, and was wanting some more power to hold me back until i get a yfz. I was wondering what some cheap engine mods would be.

And I have a problem, when I shift into 4th gear is just, blahs? I think it might be that the jetting is wrong or theres an air leak.

I've heard 240 Blasters can haul some nuts! see about a small bore job or maybe a port and polish, that'll give it some extra kick!

Mill the head for more compression.
Spacer between reeds and head.
28mm flat slide carb (have one if you're interested).
Lose the air box lid and get a decent air filter.
Make sure you re-jet for the pipe.
Ignition advance key.
Then.......porting.
