View Full Version : 400ex motor into 300ex chassis?

How hard of a job would this be? Has anyone done it? I have access to a spare 400 engine and thought this might be interesting. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

you would have to do some torchin an cuttin to the frame but i have put a cr500 motor on my old 87 250X and the thing rips eveything up

Probably shake/pull the frame apart with the vibrations and immense power. pretty cool though.:cool:

if u did do that u will have to upgrade the suspension and make it a couple inches wider to handle the power. or u will just have a raptor. overpowered and undersuspended
