Whats the Difference between the WB E-series and WB R4 pipe?

My new 2002 400ex is stock and i want to rejet it and run a pipe. Which is louder the e series or r4...better performance nad torque on which pipe??

The E-Series is the quieter of the two, it also puts out a little more power.
