Not the obvious stuff like rings and head gasket but the little things.

What would you replace off this list?

head cover gasket
8mm head cover bolts
cylinder base O ring
cam tensioner groove O ring
valve adjustment cap O rings
cylinder retaining bolts
cam tensioner gasket

Some engin builders say you should replace all connectors that is why I was thinking about the 8mm head cover bolts.

Anything else?

head cover gasket (we have reused ours)
8mm head cover bolts (only if they have any damaged threads)
cylinder base O ring (unless it is cracked or damaged)
cam tensioner groove O ring yes
valve adjustment cap O rings yes
cylinder retaining bolts (not unless damaged)
cam tensioner gasket yes

Heck yeah. They are steel gaskets and a new one cost $30 from the dealer...

I've reused mine like 4 times and no leaks. Buy a complete gasket kit for the rebuild, it will come with plenty of gaskets and the o-rings you need for valve cover caps.

Should I be looking for a complete gasket kit somewhere or should I be ordering these individual O rings and gaskets from Service Honda?

Where to get this full gasket set? Price? And does it come with a head gasket, because I don't need one. I get mine from Cometic.

for $40 buck you can't beat it and it does come with a head, base, valvecover, (all steel) tons of orings clutch cover, flywheel cover, startercover, and centercase gaskets.
