its not consistent enough to convert, many things facter into HP

cannot be done. cc to hp is impossible to convert, too many factor in. it is different from motor to motor and how they are built.

Yeah there is no way to figure that the way you are wanting to. ex. A pipe and carb will add HP but cc's will remain the same.

There is no set scale for Cubic Centimeters, to Horse Power.

How much force it takes to move 33,000lbs,1foot in one min.

That could be way wronge, but its somthing like that.

To determine HP u need to know your compersion ratio, bore, stroke, how much/type of fuel ur running, Temp. how the air/fuel mixture swirls into the cylinder.
