Spark pluggin?

What type of spark plug can i run to make my machine run cooler , anybody have a specific type or prefered type they run, and where can i get it (local nappa)? Any help will be appreciated!!!:confused:

if you get i higher number like i run a 8 because i like my engine hotter but a 9 or 10 will be a little cooler

Well then why shouldnt i run an 8?

If you want to run cooler, but the next number higher plug. The higher the number the colder the plug is. You can get them at any bike shop. I dont know about Napa, they might stock them.

I'm with wiked. How do you know if you should be running a 9 or 10? What does it actually changing by going to a higher # plug? Would i loose low end? I'm just confused on the whole issue.

I heard that if you run a 9 then it is running cooler on the head area. Which is better during hot conditions. I run a 9 and don't notice any difference in performance. I also add some Marvel mystery oil to the fuel to lube and keep the top end cooler.
