Carb trouble???

I just got done rebuilding my 300ex motor completly. I got it runnin the other day. but when i get it past 1/4 it spits and sputters i am wondering if this has ne thing to do with the carb? Ne help is appreciated thanx

Main jet possibly clogged/restriced. I believe the pilot jet is only active to 1/4 throttle then it turns over to the main jet. Also might not be getting enough air check your choke, and air filter.
