im making a video and its in wmv format. I want to be able to play it on a dvd player, but i dont have a dvd burner. Is there anyway i can make it work? Any programs i need to convert it. Im using windows movie maker. Im thinking a vcd format or something?

Get Ahead NERO and make a VCD.

Not a problem. Their website is www.ahead.de/en ...I would also try download.com to see if they have something free. You may have to get one that creates them out of MPEG's, and get a convertor to convert your WMV format to MPEG.

i just downloaded the demo version of nero and it worked fine. the svcd didnt work, but the regular vcd did but the quality sucked... ohh well...
