Raptor or 400ex, bad question for Honda website

Ok, I know everyone hates raptor or Craptor as honda fans affectionatly call them. My question is people that have had both machines. I had a raptor and other than a few things it was ok, and I have ridden a 400ex a couple times and I likes it as well. I can't decide. Can a raptor be a good motorcross bike? With new Elka/Axis/TCS shocks front, and rear+linkage and an axle and/or a-arms? Or will it be high and big No matter what? Or can a 400ex be as fast as a raptor with a 440kit/cams and stuff? Can a raptor be made to handle like a 400ex? I do every kind of riding, so this thing has to be vestitile. I want it to be reliable too. So thats why I want to say away from motor mods, but I also don't want to put money into a chassis that will always suck. Either, if patch up a piece of chit, u end up with a piece of patched up chit. U help me decide, Suspension is very important, and then power then handling. O yeah I have to sell my Bike because I owe to much money on it. And no BS answer from anyone that can act mature.

if you plan on MX then get the YFZ, if you plan on doing everything then get the 450r...you won't have to sink $10k into them to get them to compete

if there is no way at all that you can get a 450 then here is what i suggest, and just to let you know i have ridden a raptor, and well, i hated it, big POS. but neways here is what i suggest, unless you plan on doing only drag racing like numnuts up there^ then get the 400. they can be made to be good at almost any riding style.JMO
