Engine/Transmission Oil?

Yo, I was wondering what kind of engine and transmission oil you guys use or prefer? I was thinking of semi-synthetic instead of synthetic because my friend says my gears will slip. Soo thanks for the feed back, peace.

i use honda hp4 gear lube in the red bottle...

[volvo780]

HP4M engine
GN4 tranny

[ZRider400]

i use mobil 1 synthetic 15w50 in the engine side...

and honda tranny oil in the tranny side.

looks like ill be running mobile 1 gold cap in the engine side now that they don't sell the red cap

IMO honda oil isnt any good. They just go with whatever company gives them a low bid for oil.

I just switched to Rotella T 15w 40 in my quads.

I have ran the pro honda silver in the engine side and the pro honda gold in the tranny side, they are both 20W50. I have also tried the 10W40 ams oil in both sides and thay work well to.
