Yes for a TRX250R. Pretty much an 88/89 replacment. I also have other parts if interested.

roughly what year is the frame?
any damage your aware of either previous or repair by u?

Either 2000 or 2001, I got it used. The previous owner had a large cc cylinder in it and the motor mounts were cracked so I had the stainless ones made. I also had the subframe welded near the grab bar area. This was done right when I got the frame and I have not had any problems since. The cracks were pretty minor.
