We have had two batteries in the last month, the reading whos on BOTH thats theres nothing, like maybe a bad cell or something, but I think this is too odd to have this happen TWICE now with two new batteries. Could it be that its the brand of battery were buying is just crap??? OR.......... could it be more realistic to say that "something" is draining it?Troy checked for any wires touching Frame ect. and everything looks fine....

What could be doing this??

Could it be a bad starter doing this also??

You can actually measure to see if something is draining your battery. Most multi-meters have an ammeter setting (used to measure current). Put it in series with your battery. If you don't know how, I can walk you through it, but you can probably figure it out just by looking through the multi-meter manual.

If you hook up the ammeter, you CANNOT start your quad with the ammeter connected. Your starter will draw too much current, and fry your meter. You can do the lights and stuff, but you can't start it.
