clutch switch

i ordered a new clutch perch for my 400 and i dont know how to bypass the switch that allows the bike to start in gear.

There are two wires going into the original clutch perch that actuate a small switch. Just splice them together and tape them neatly to the wire harness coming out of the starting switch assembly.
