GNCC fantasy league

Could almost be like a Nascar league except.

You pick a rider from each class. Based on their finish either overall or class finish you score points. Who ever has the most wins.

pick a racer in ten classes any ten i will keep track award points on there finish in the class and there finish overall the more racers in the class the more it is worth bonus points for top twenty overall best 9 rounds count just like the real racing thing

have a draft everyone send me an email at yoshz400rider@hotmail.com if ur in then sticks will be drawn for first pick for every class not just one class

then once the sticks are drawn i will tell u who goes first then last then u send me ur ten riders and what class they are in then alternates to make it fair I will go last in the draft then i will go from top to bottom then bottom to top with ur picks put alternates in it so if they are already picked

This is the format you pick ten racers they all have to be from different classes each race all ten are eligible but you only score points on the six best because not everybody goes to every race. Points will be awarded for places in class like if there are
1-5 riders 1st is ten
5-10 1st is 15
10-20 1st is 20
any more than that is 25
overall in morning or afternoon is 30 bonus points
then 25 for 2nd 20 for third 17 for 4th then 16,15,14 down the line this would work well because say someone picked ballance he will score lots of points but someone with like the pro as kim kuhnle will make it up with like Traci Cecco so if ur in send me and email only 8-10 in one league ill pick last to make it fair
Then names will be drawn then u send ur ten racers and alternates wil there classes to yoshz400rider@hotmail.com
this needs to be done fast since the first round is this weekend

maybe when i learn cgi scripts some more i will try to setup a web pased thing. everyone will get a username and pass and then select a pass or whatever. then you do whatever etc and it works itself. that could ne pretty cool...:)

im very interested but dont really get the format. Which classes are we supposed to pick our racers from? We should some kind of system where riders are ranked in $ and you have a salary cap to select a few riders from a couple popular classes.
FOR EXAMPLE--
You could have a salary of about 35 million$ and would to select and make the best team of(you have to fill all 10 spots to recieve points)
3- PRO
2-Pro-am
3-4stroke Stock
2-women

prices could be as such (these are just a few for an example, and we can discuss to change prices later)
PROS-1 Bill Ballance - 13 million
2 william yokley- 11.1 mil
3 chris borich-10.7 mil
4 matt smiley- 10 mil
5 chad duvall- 8.5mil
6bryan cook- 9.0mil
7chris jenks-8.0
8jeremy rice- 7.5mil
9brandon ballance-7.0mil
10 greg trew 6.7 mil



this system would eliminate people picking the same riders and being able to pick the best riders. It is a system i found from a fantasy football league and seemed to work somewhat succesful and is the best way i can think of to have a ATV Fantasy league. Just an idea, tell me what you guys think? We would have to get to figuring out the prices for each rider, but it is only four classes, so it shoudlnt take to long. Also there should be some type of rule about only being able to make so many changes to your team throughout the year, to make it more challenging overall.

this is why i figured not to do it that way becuz you could get ballance then someone could say pick traci cecceo as they both would get points as the same so someone with a good B racer or great womens could make up for not havin a great pro and the morning overalls would also give bonus points

i mean ur way would work i guess but i wanted to be able to include every class becuz i mean u could know the next big thing in the C class and get some good points plus it would be cool to have ur buddies our urself on ur team every class would earn basically equal points obviously Pro Pro am Women and 4stk stock would be highest becaus ethey could get there overalls

it doesnt matter to me, i was just throwing out an idea, we can add more classes or change them, but it just makes it very hard to keep track of all the classes and for most to even pick all the classes, for some i cant even name a rider in them, and this might discourage a lot of people for being in the league becuase it is hard to pick for classes that you dont even know a riders name in. Thats why i say we pick a few classes to choose from and then maybe have an OTHER spot so you can pick sleeper picks. just ideas

Just signed up for this. Looks pretty cool. Mostly for the bike guys ,but you get to pick a diffrent atv rider every week.
