do u need just the bolts??????????????????if so ill sell u bolts and grab bar for 25 shipped....i thought u needed the heal guards 2

can you guys go lower on a grab bar? it is a used stock steel grab bar... a new DG is only $30. as of now, I have the heel guards and handlebar cover taken care of.
