View Full Version : 400ex parts, chrome Hinson side cover, black Maier tank cover.

I have a chrome Hinson side cover that is used and has some blemishes on the chrome, but it is still in good shape. I also have a black Maier tank cover that is brand new, I only took it out off the bag to look at it and to take a pic today.

These are for a 400ex and prices listed include shipping.

Hinson $150
Maier $20

Why would you want to give $100 for that? I bought a used one off eBay for like $30.00! You can even go to HONDA and buy them new for less than $100. He says its HINSON all it is a HONDA factory part chromed, or he says.

exept factory honda side covers dont have big holes in the side where the clutch is:eek2:

Anyways I sent you a PM about the side cover, What part of houston are you in Im in league city I can come pic it up mabye

Get the clutch cover for a XR400 motorcycle. The only differance is you need to get a plug made for the kick start hole. Thats what I have!!

Quadworks dont be bashing my thread and what I have for sale when it is clear you have no idea how much Hinsion stuff cost. Go to Hinson's web site and look at some of their prices. This is not a stock part, and if you got a HINSON side cove like the one I have for $30 then you should turn around and sell it, cause quadcustoms will surely give you $100 for it, so that would be $70 in your pocket, then you could turn around and buy two more with the profit and resale them, eventually you would be rich.
