Brother floods house with tp

Well today around 3 my brother came home went to the bathroom etc, well he used too much tp it started flooding and he left it, so around 3:45 i walk in my basement and find 3inch deep water and ceiling tile falling etc. it ended up 32 trips with a 6 gallon shopvac 198 gallons of water, 6 trash bags full of ruined ceiling tiles, bed spreads and other items.. He denys he did it which kinda pisses me and my dad off the most and the little brat played ps2 the whole time while we cleaned :mad: :grr: hopefully it doesnt cost me too much to fix all the damges :(
