I have a K&N filter for both a KFX400 and a YFZ450! Both are near brand new with no apparent use, and they both have the outterwear with them! Im thinkin ill ship them to ur door for 50$ each. I dont have any pics but they look just as good as new.

Do these come with the pro-flow adapter?

No these are simply the filters with outterwear! You do need the adapter for the kfx filter but the one for the YFZ is made to fit right on stock air box.
