There's no hardware. You use the factory mounting bolts and head bolts. There is no exhaust clamp to use, it just slips on and that is it.

Yea it just slips on but then it tends to leak. What I did is got a good SS hose clamp that I could really crank down on and used it to get it on there tight. Might even have to split the slip-on about 1/2" so it will tighten up.

Hey, RedRacer. Does the "KSE" in your avatar stand for Killswitch Engaged? I thought I was the only one who liked those guys!!

If you use a little bit of high temp. silicone between the header and silencer it should fix the leak. Make shure you let the silicone dry before firing it up.

yeah I will try to go to gopher dunes if its not too far and I will race all the nationals.

I finished 4th in the beginner class last season (it was my first) and Im moving to the junior class this year I cant wait.

I have my 450 for only 2 weeks and its already in parts Im gusseting and powdercoating the frame, stering damper , Croteau designe LT a-arms, GT thunder linkage and shock, elka's LT front shock, flexx bars, beadlocks, tires, graphics, some motor work and of course the curtis pipe!

are you junior or inter now?

Sweet, that sounds like an awsome 450 you are putting together!!!

I think this year may be the first year we have an inter class, the last two years it has only been Jr. and Pro do to lack of turn out... but since the new 450s are coming out a lot more people are starting to show and they are forced to make a new class this year( I hope) i will probably race Jr. class and see then move up to inter class midway through the season.
