question on works shocks

if i bought a dual rate works shock now could i add a rezzie to it later? i've been throwing around the idea on getting aftermaket shock but haven't decided weather it is worth going straight to rezzies right off the bat.

Yes, you can add a resevoir to the shock later on.

I would go triple rate its not that much more and its a much better ride. I have works shocks and they are a good shock for the money.
