6'1...235LBS.....how do i adjust my stock suspension???

I have a stock 2002 400ex. I have done nothing to it except Renthals. I wondered about adjusting my suspension. I mostly ride woods and some small jumps....will I need to adjust suspension? If yes...HOW?

Suspension is a little tricky to set up but if you want to try it yourself check out all the info you can.

Just keep on thing in mind. the stiffer you set it the harsher it will ride in the average trail stuff, but will bottom less etc.
